Shipping policy
Once your order has been placed, we cannot cancel orders or make any changes to the following: items in your order, shipping address, payment method, or shipping method. Orders are immediately sent to our distribution center for fulfillment.
- We are NOT responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the receiver. Please check your shipping address twice before placing your order. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.
- Gem is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit/delivery. Please contact the carrier and file a claim.
PROCESSING TIME
Standard orders placed after 9:00 AM CST will not begin processing until the following business day. Please note: business days are Monday-Friday; we do not process orders on the weekends.
We offer free domestic standard USPS shipping on all orders over $200 placed within the U.S. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order ships and 3-5 business days for delivery. Processing times may be longer during high volume periods. All orders are shipped from Texas so shipping times may vary.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
We offer the following expedited shipping option:
- Shipping through UPS expedited shipping.
Please Note:
- Orders placed after 9:00 AM PST will not begin processing until the following business day. We do not process orders on the weekends.
- Not all areas support UPS Saturday deliveries which would push the delivery date to the following Monday. Example: 2 business days from Thursday is the following Monday.
- We cannot deliver Expedited Orders to PO Boxes.
- The delivery time may not be guaranteed once it is in possession of the carrier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
